The temperature control of sweat steam room is mainly divided into geothermal temperature control system and wall temperature control system.
1. Close the main power gate of the sweat steam room first.
2. The geothermal thermostat system is generally set up without manual start, and the system automatically senses.
3. Unscrew the temperature control key of the wall heating system of the sweat steaming room, and look at the temperature control display table. The temperature difference should be kept between 38 and 43 degrees.
4. When the room temperature reaches about 38 ℃, you can enter the indoor sweat steam.
5. The temperature of sweat steaming room should be 38 ℃-43 ℃.
6. Sweat steaming time is 40-60 minutes.
