The use of far-infrared sauna can cause a series of systemic physiological changes. 

The high temperature and humidity environment accelerates the heartbeat and increases the blood pressure to a certain extent, while soaking in cold water slows the heartbeat and lowers the blood pressure. 

Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the indoor temperature, humidity and bathing time, including the number of hot and cold exchanges. 

When entering the bath for the first time, the high temperature steam room can only stay for 5 minutes, and then gradually extend the stay time in the high humidity steam chamber. 

As the sauna has a certain impact on the human body, it is not suitable to use the far-infrared sauna under the following circumstances: 

1. Patients with previous history of hypertension and heart disease. 

Because steaming far-infrared sauna causes a wide range of blood pressure fluctuations, increased heart load, easy to cause high blood pressure, heart attack, accidents and even life-threatening. 

2. After a meal, especially within half an hour after a full meal. 

Wash the far-infrared sauna immediately after a meal, the blood vessels of the skin dilate, and a large amount of blood flows back to the skin, affecting the blood supply of digestive organs, which is bound to affect the digestion and absorption of food, which is harmful to health. 

3. When overworked or hungry. 

When tired and hungry, the human muscle tone is poor, and the tolerance to cold and heat stimulation is reduced, which is easy to cause collapse.
